Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Order number and original buyer information is required for any return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@fornowdesigns.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and schedule a pick up for your return. Customer pays for return shipping and is responsible for handing over the return to the ground or freight driver. This may include being available for an appointment window. A shipping quote may be provided before proceeding with a return. Once the returned item is received back to our facility in new condition, a partial refund will be given. See Refunds below. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at cs@fornowdesigns.com. Be sure to inspect your delivery before accepting it. If packages are accepted, a damage claim may not be processed. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please see the list below to view items that may not be returned.

  • Items customized by color or dimension change.
  • Any item on sale. 
  • Prototypes.
  • Floor samples.
  • Item that was accepted as damaged (not refused upon delivery). 
  • Item that shows to be delivered for more than 3 days. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A refund is calculated as original amount paid, minus return shipping fee and restocking fee. If the return is received with wear, scuffs, impressions, or any other indication of use, a fee will be taken from the original paid amount to cover costs to return the item to new condition. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received back to our facility. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
