Shipping of For Now Designs (FND) products.

LARGER ITEMS SHIP VIA FREIGHT SERVICE

Know the lead time of your order to eliminate fees. Be sure that all information is accurate when placing your order, including your contact number. All FND freight orders are produced within 10 business days, transit may take 1-8 business days depending on your proximity to our facility (Dallas, Tx). The freight company will reach out to schedule a delivery date. If the freight company can not reach you, the package(s) will ship back to our facility and the customer will be refunded the purchase price, minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Are you in the Dallas area? Local deliveries (DFW area) are shipped with a local courier service. Local deliveries are arranged with a member of our team and may be received as early as the day of completion. 

Damages. All shipments are insured. If a box is received damaged, the consignee must indicate this with the driver AND take photos of any damage. The consignee may open the box slightly to inspect to see if the item itself is damaged. If the item itself is damaged, the order is to be refused. Once our team receives notice from the freight company that the shipment is in transit back to our facility, another item will be produced. Replacement items receive priority in production. Completion and ship date of the replacement will be communicated with the customer. 
If the consignee accepts the package(s) and damaged is noted at a later date, no claim may be made and the customer will be liable for any cost to repair or return the item.

White glove and inside delivery is not available. Free delivery for freight items is curbside delivery service. However, we are very glad to ship to a delivery service that you (the customer) has an account with or has arranged their own delivery with. The driver is not permitted to go into a residence or business building of any kind. 

Order now, ship later. We are very glad to work with you (before you order) if you are working around special circumstances. Our team may produce an order and hold it to ship out at a later time. If you need this option, contact us before ordering. 

If you also ordered smaller items, the complete order will ship via freight service. 

SMALLER ITEMS SHIP BY FEDEX GROUND SERVICE

All items require a signature for delivery. Be sure that all information is accurate when placing your order, including your contact number. The driver may choose to contact you if you are unavailable. If your package(s) can not be delivered, the order will ship back to our facility and the customer will be refunded the purchase price, minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

If you also ordered larger items, the complete order will ship via freight service.

Return policy: For Now Designs (FND) products.

No return will be accepted without written authorization from our team. Any return must be in transit back to our facility within 5 business days of delivery of the package(s). Custom orders are not eligible for for return. Regardless of when the return was initiated, the package(s) must be handed over to the transit company within 5 business days of delivery of the package(s), or the return will be canceled and the item may no longer be returned. All orders must be returned back in the packaging and packaged as they were received. If a return is received not as previously noted, the cost to bring the item to a like-new condition will be deducted and reflected in the partial refund given to the customer. 

Return labels for any returned package will be provided to the customer via email. The customer must print out an affix labels properly, removing any original shipping labels beforehand.
